This is Audrey Sims.  She was born on October 10, 2002.  She just turned four.

Audrey is a very out going little girl.  She throws tantrums once in a while when she doesn't get her way.  She loves pizza and spaghetti.  She loves to sing and dance.

Health-wise, Audrey is as healthy as a Ws kid can be.  She has pulmonary stenosis and she gets checked twice a year.  She's going to a private school for now until we get situated with the school she's going to attend.
