This is Chloe.  She live in Pittsburgh, PA and she is 4 years old.  Chloe was diagnosed with Williams in 2003 when she was 2 years old. 

Chloe has been relatively healthy and she loves to sing, listen to music and she loves to dance.  This picture was taken on Halloween of 2005.
