This is my daughter, Emerson October.  She is 4 months old and weighs almost 13 pounds.  She started out very tiny at 4 lbs 4 oz.

We knew that something was wrong with her from the get-go.  She had terrible feeding and sleeping problems.  After several visits to the pediatrician, we were finally sent to have an echocardiogram (she had one at birth for a heart murmur as well) because her doctor felt it was related to her heart.  After being admitted to St. Vincent's Children's Hospital, we learned that Emerson had Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and Pulmonary and Aortic Stenosis.  We also found out that she had Williams Syndrome.

She has had a g tube and nissen to help prevent reflux, but still seems to have quite a difficult time.

We would love to hear from other parents.  My name is Lyndsey McKnight and my email address is lyndseymcknight7@gmail.com.
