This is Evan Fitzsimmons. 
He was born on Sept. 6, 1998. He was
diagnosed with
WS when he was 23 mos. and has no major problems. Evan has mild SVAS &
strabismas -- for which he wears glasses. We do have a lot of dental problems we
are still working on.
Evan is a wonderful little boy who attends the early childhood class in our school,
where he receives OT, PT, and Speech Therapy.
His teachers are great and we have seen 100% improvement since he has been in school.
Evan has two older sisters and one older brother who both adore him. I
am very proud of my surprise baby. Everyday he proves to be my joy.
