This is my angel, Lana.
She just turned 6
years old July 5th, 2009! She weighs approx. 32lbs
and eats like a horse. She is very picky about what she
eats though! My little sweetheart LOVES music and gets very
sad whenever a song ends. Her hearing is extremely
sensitive, but she has perfect pitch when she sings.
We have known she has William's Syndrome since she was just 6 months old and she had her first heart cath. at 6 months as well. Lana is a fun, loving, caring, compassionate, friendly person and is growing into her strong personality more and more everyday!
Lana has been in school since age 3 and currently moved up the ladder to 1st grade! She attends Rhodes Elementary School here in San Antonio, TX and will continue to do so through the 5th grade. She's in a special program at her school with a plan made just for her. She attends mostly regular classes and has an aide by her side daily to help her out if needed.
Lana is a wonderful child and brings nothing but happiness to those around her!
