This
is a picture of Andrew Jahraus and his girlfriend Leah at the
Special Olympics track meet.
Andrew just joined Special Olympics this year and has loved
every minute. He won 3 medals at the track meet. His first medal was
a gold medal in the relay. He won a silver in the running long jump
and a bronze in the 100 m sprint.
He was so proud and of course so were we. Next year he wants to
compete in more events.
His girlfriend Leah has Downs Syndrome. They have such a nice
time when they are together.
