My name is Charles Phillips. My birthday is May 27, 2003. I was diagnosed with W.S. in June, 2005. I attend a PPCD program 4 days a week, and I also have O.T. once a week.

I have a baby sister. Her name is Charlotte and she is 1yr. old. I live in San Antonio, TX with my Dad, Mom, and sister. I love music, car keys, and spinning things. I also love water. If my Mom would let me, I would live in the bathtub!
