My name is Jacob Hildreth. I was born on July 23, 2002. I am 7 years old in this picture. I am pictured with my mom. I was diagnosed with Williams Syndrome when I was 2 months old.

I have 3 sisters: 1 older, Kaylie, and 2 younger, Brittley & Autumn. I love my sisters and we are very close.

Despite all of the trials I have faced, and will probably continue to face, I am a strong, sweet, little boy who loves to play. I love music and I love to play with my sisters.
