Hello. My name is Jarrett
Edgell.
I
was born September 7, 2005. I am 2 years old in this picture. I am
pictured with my brothers, Brandt (older) and Bryson (younger). I am
the cutie on the right. I was diagnosed with Williams Syndrome when
I was 3 months old.
I have had a few medical problems since I was born. I have SVAS, which, as of right now, I have had no complications. I had bilateral inguinal hernia surgery. I have hypercalcemia and hypothyroidism. I also have a shunt due to hydrocephalus. I have a Chiari malformation as well. I am lucky enough to have several therapies through our First Steps Program here in Indiana. I get PT, OT ST and DT weekly. It has helped a lot.
Despite all of the trials I have faced, and will probably continue to face, I am a strong, sweet little boy who loves to play. I love music, and I love to play with my brothers. I love being around a crowd because I just love to interact with new people and make people smile.
