This is my daughter, Madilynne. She was born 5/5/09 and weighed 5 lbs. 5 ozs. Madilynne was diagnosed around the age of one with Ws. She is almost 2 years old and is now 21 lbs.

Maddie is a very happy little girl and although it gets hard sometimes, I would not change a thing about her. She is easily entertained by music and she is starting to love to dance!!

Maddie's two favorite things are Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and chicken nuggets. Even though she tends to be a daddy's girl, she's happiest when she sees her pop!!! Maddie, as of right now, does not speak -- although she does try.

She is currently enrolled in early intervention programs for physical and speech therapy, which seem to be helping a lot!!! Her health is pretty good right now. Both holes in her heart have closed on their own and the rest is getting better.

To sum it up, Maddie brings so much joy to a lot of people's lives and makes me very glad and proud to be her mommy. Mommy and Daddy love you, Maddie!!!!!
